Product Introduction

Robust, reliable and field-proven, our 10-35 kV oil-immersed distribution transformers cover 50 kVA – 3 150 kVA with mineral oil or optional natural ester fluid. The wound-core or mitered lap-core built from high-grade, low-loss CRGO steel reduces no-load losses by 15 % compared to IEC 60076 limits, saving over 8 MWh per year on a 1 MVA unit and cutting operating costs for utilities and industrial plants.
High-density kraft paper and diamond-pattern transposed conductors create a compact winding block that withstands 75 kA short-circuit for 3 seconds; vacuum oil-filling at 1 mPa removes moisture and air, guaranteeing partial-discharge levels < 5 pC at 1.5 Um. Hermetically sealed corrugated tank or conservator design accommodates oil expansion from – 40 °C to + 40 °C without nitrogen padding, while an optional on-load tap-changer (OLTC) keeps output voltage within ± 1 % for fluctuating renewable or motor loads.
Sound pressure is trimmed to ≤ 54 dB(A) at 1 m through step-lap joints, vibration-damping pads and optimized tank geometry, allowing rooftop or street-level installation without costly acoustic screens. Off-circuit taps ± 2 × 2.5 % are accessed through a lockable IP54 lift-cover; HV and LV bushings can be front, top or side-mounted to match existing switch-gear footprints and shorten on-site cabling.
Built-in RTDs or magnetically coupled oil-level/temperature gauges feed SCADA or IoT gateways for real-time hotspot tracking, enabling 10 % emergency overload and predictive maintenance. Units comply with IEC 60076, IEEE C57, GB/T 6451, are seismic-qualified to 0.3 g and altitude-rated to 3 000 m. Delivered fully assembled, tested and witnessed, ready for energization within 24 hours of arrival.
