Product Introduction
Each copper or aluminum bar is vacuum-encapsulated in flame-retardant, halogen-free epoxy, creating a one-piece, maintenance-free module rated IP68/IK10 and impervious to dust, moisture, or chemical vapors. The resin body withstands 950 °C for 180 min (IEC 60331) and releases zero toxic gases, making the system ideal for hospitals, subways, data halls and offshore platforms where fire safety is critical.
Low-profile housing (only 90 mm × 160 mm for 2500 A) cuts shaft space 30 % versus traditional air ducts, while a 2 mm aluminum shell plus ≥ 0.9 W/m·K epoxy gives 35 % better heat dissipation, keeping temperature rise ≤ 50 K at full load and 45 °C ambient. Silver-plated, spring-loaded contacts maintain < 15 µΩ joint resistance for decades; bolts are eliminated, so thermal cycling cannot loosen joints.
Short-circuit withstand 100 kA / 1 s; built-in arc-fault plates quench ionized gas in 15 ms, protecting upstream transformers. Tap-off units from 25 A to 1250 A lock in under energised conditions-no shutdown-and can be repositioned in minutes for line upgrades.
Lengths are supplied factory-cast and fire-stopped; snap-in hangers allow 3 m spans, reducing steelwork 25 %. Integrated IoT temperature sensors feed SCADA or mobile dashboards, enabling 10 % emergency overload and predictive maintenance.
