Product Introduction
Our 10-35 kV cast-resin dry type distribution transformer offers 100 kVA – 2 500 kVA in a flame-retardant, IP54 enclosure that needs no oil pit or fire wall, fitting high-rise substations, hospitals and data halls where safety and space are premium. Vacuum-cast Class-F coils with embedded RTDs give 155 °C thermal reserve, zero toxic smoke and self-extinguishing performance in 0.03 s.
Step-lap CRGO core cuts no-load losses 18 % below IEC 60076, saving ~10 MWh per year on a 1 MVA unit; noise is ≤ 55 dB(A) at 1 m, eliminating costly baffles in office corridors. Front-access off-circuit ± 2 × 2.5 % taps or optional 17-step OLTC maintain voltage within ± 1 % for renewable and motor loads.
Copper shielded winding design delivers 75 kA short-circuit withstand for 3 s; surge impedance suppresses switching transients, extending cable and breaker life. Built-in IoT gateway streams hotspot, load and humidity to SCADA or mobile dashboards for predictive maintenance and 10 % dynamic overload capability.
Compliance: IEC 60076-11, CE, UL 1561, GB/T 10228; ambient – 40 °C to + 40 °C, altitude 3 000 m, seismic 0.3 g. Enclosure colors, top/side cable boxes and double-deck busbar entry are customizable; units ship fully tested and witnessed, ready for energization in 48 hours.
