35KV Dry Type Power Transformer

Our 35 kV cast-resin dry-type transformer delivers up to 3.15 MVA in a compact, low-loss package. Class-F vacuum-cast coils with embedded temperature sensors give 155 °C thermal reserve and fire, zero toxic smoke, making the unit ideal for high-rise data centers, hospitals and metro substations where safety and space are critical.

CRGO silicon-steel five-leg core cuts no-load losses by 18 % versus IEC 60076 tolerances, saving over 18 MWh per year on a 2 MVA base. IP54 enclosure, optional IP65, with side cable boxes and front-access tap changer simplifies integration into existing switch-rooms without extra oil pits or fire-suppression systems.

Sound level < 56 dB(A) at 1 m thanks to step-lap miter joints and ANV damping pads, eliminating need for costly baffles in office or rooftop installations. Built-in IoT RTUs stream hotspot, load and humidity data to SCADA or cloud dashboards for predictive maintenance and dynamic overload management.

Compliance: IEC 60076-11, CE, UL 1561, GB/T 22072; seismic qualification 0.3 g, altitude 3 000 m, ambient – 40 °C to + 40 °C. Short-circuit withstand 75 kA/3 s; vacuum-impregnated windings rated for 2 × rated current for 30 s, supporting renewable plants with high in-rush.

Available in 50 Hz or 60 Hz, vector group Dyn11 / Yyn0, off-circuit ± 2 × 2.5 % taps or 17-step on-load tap-changer. enclosure colors, cable entry orientation and double-deck busbar top-entry are customizable to fit tight EPC schedules.

Delivered ready for energization: filled, tested and witnessed by third-party labs; optional oil-free mobile substation skid for rapid deployment in utilities, wind farms and battery-storage yards.
