In the industrial sector, transformer energy consumption accounts for 15%-20% of total electricity loss, and high-efficiency iron core technology is a key breakthrough to reduce losses. The three-phase distribution transformers independently developed by Pufeike Electric use high-magnetic induction oriented silicon steel sheets (grade 30Q130) to make iron cores. Through the "stepped joint + full oblique lap" process, the core magnetic resistance is reduced by more than 30%, and the no-load loss is further reduced by 12% compared with the national standard GB/T 6451-2015 Class I energy efficiency standard. Taking a 1000kVA transformer as an example, it can reduce electricity loss by about 2800 kWh per year, equivalent to reducing 1.8 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which not only meets the "dual carbon" policy requirements but also reduces long-term electricity costs for enterprises.
