Traditional transformer mineral oil has the problems of low flash point (about 160℃) and environmental pollution. The plant-based environmentally friendly insulating oil (natural ester) used by Pufeike Electric has three core advantages: 1) High safety: Flash point ≥310℃, even if leakage occurs, it is not easy to catch fire, meeting the needs of densely populated places such as high-rise buildings and subways; 2) Environmental protection: Biodegradable (degradation rate ≥95%), avoiding soil/water pollution, in line with EU RoHS directive; 3) Long service life: Excellent oxidation resistance, the replacement cycle of insulating oil is extended to 15 years, reducing maintenance times compared with mineral oil (8 years). At present, this technology has been applied to Pufeike's 10kV-110kV series transformers, helping customers achieve "green power distribution" upgrades.
